We were driving all day long together. I can not pass him below 190km/h, and as from 200km/h the aero makes the difference, so I could pass him on every lap. But this is only the 250BHP Atom...

Sorry Zoefke, I don't understand your point. As written, there is NO gain of weight here. It is made of 3 layers and 4 at the fixing points. Same weight but the carbon/kevlar is VERY strong and stiff, so it is a great improvement if you don't want to crash because of one of those leaving the car below your wheels on hard corner high speed as it happened to me.

OK, this peace you made it this way because it should be stronger.
As I folowed this treat from the beginning, you mostly looked for weight loss and so I didn't understand it.
I suppose you used the original one, waxed it and put on the carbon/kevlar layer by layer while draining it with epoxy?

There is no need to build a mould for such ''invisible'' piece that will receive mud and brake dust above all...

I do not plan to build ones for sell as it is not easy and expensive material too (above 400 euros per piece without working hours...)

Here are my new pieces beeing worked out. They are made in extra high quality aluminium (extralight and strong) like you can find in Le Mans prototypes like this one :

I do have the solidworks files so I am able to build other ones for those interested. Please let me know asap by email.
The air admission including the silicone hose :
Weight 640gr, 7 bars pressure approved, gain -0.5kg compared to Regelin admission, price is 399 euros. You need a small silicone (

The admission plenum including his silicone hose.

Weight 700gr, 7 bars approved, gain -1kg compared to oem. Price 599 euros.
Oil return durite (from 1 to 2)

Weight 170gr, gain -230gr. Price 319 euros.
I will show you the prototypes when ready. Delivery is planned in September.
