I found the 'flexable' oem wheel arch already a pain to install and uninstall.
How do you manage to put the kevlar ones in place? with a crowbar?

In order to compensate the extra weight added by the front splitter (3.5kg) I built this master piece three times lighter than the original plastic one to decrease the height of the gravity center :

Thanks ! You are correct, some overdriving... but his speedster was accelerating like hell, lot of power in it !

It's a great track, I've been there in 2009. It took me quit a while to find the balls to go full throttle thrue the bend on the straight which is called 'Dunlop curve'.
Very nice video!
You must be a happy man to finally being able to drive the car on track again!

Thanks Dom. I still lift of as from 220 in the Dunlop Curve. It is where I lose some 2 seconds per lap. Still need big balls

For the rest, I still do mistakes but gained 5 sec for my second track day there.

bare in mind, that your full throttle speed halfway the straight is most likely higher than mine.
losing 2 seconds seems a lot: the straight part after the curve is only just long enough to brake for the chicane.
I'm hoping to return there soon.

Seems a lot but believe me, passing full throttle is a HUGE gain.
