Dash board just out of the mould...
Perfect fitting in place...
I now need to finish the lower part before cutting this one in order to have nice finishing instead of American Racing finish...

Nice project, hopefully it won't be blown away by the wind as it is becoming lighter all the time.

I agree but this has no finish at all ! It should be nice in few weeks...
No guys, this is not a race car and to be road legal, it needs to have it's original stack unit and controls.... Later perhaps....who knows !
The dash will also have a glossy finish as everything in the car will have it.
Anyway, I always wear sunglasses not to be recognised by fans in the street...
The dash board is now finished. It weights 1.1kg versus the 3kg oem.
Here view from the pilot side:
The start button (1) is now on the bottom part, close to the key, then the electric cut (2) and the extinguisher command (3).
I will make a test in full mate finition.

You can also find this type of mirror in the local car parts shops (at least in Holland).
I've got this mirror in my speedster, and a lot of other speedster owners here too

Ah ok ! This is already solved. I think I will go for a rear view video system, and save tens of grams too. Thanks for the advice anyway !
