In order to definitley solve the fuel straving problem and to be sure the engine is beeing fitted with enough fuel in any conditions, I fitted a fuel catch tank (0,7kg including tubes)
and a high flow fuel pump (0,3kg with aluminium plate)
The car is now running perfectly, around 7s from 100 to 200 km/h in 5th gear.

How much Hp do you have now ?
ALain
Hey Alain !
No, I had few thinks to be sorted out. Now the boost and overboost are ok but I still need some fine tuning to get the best of this. I am around 290 BHP and 470 Nm for 837 kg : that makes 100km/h to 200 km/h in 5th gear in 7s. I still need to get the best of the intercooler, air admission and put a sport catalyser to get back the last 20 BHP.
funny how you try to save weight where possible and drive with three cams in the car...
Bu good for us, nice movies to watch (and i like the soundtrack)
I just received my sport catalyser, unfortunately quite heavy stuff, but I should get 10-15 BHP with it, and some high quality screws for the wheels...
Those bolts will not fit into the hubs, as the hub bolts are mounted/sunken a few mm into a bore hole of the hubs. You need the CHC types. Ask forum, a Lotus dealer or look on Ebay.co.uk. You see them often under Elise or vx220 parts...
